Job Description
The Assistant Director of Nursing is responsible for supervising therapeutic nursing care in our long term care facility. The ADON serves as a role model in clinical skills and leadership. The ADON promotes good public relations for the nursing division and Lawrence Hall Health and Rehabilitation. The ADON supervises and administers direct resident care with necessary. Responsible for the workload and productivity of all RN's, LPN's, C.N.A's and NA In Training. Assist DON with essential functions as needed.
