Job Description
Seasonal/Temporary work from 3/15/26 - 11/15/26.
Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties such as: Participate in the
inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops; Repair, wash,
maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Set up, repair, maintain, and
operate irrigation equipment; Inform farm managers of crop progress; Identify plants, pests,
and weeds to determine the selection and application of pesticides and fertilizers; Operate
tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery (much of which is equipped
with GPS) to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops such
as corn, rice, soybeans; Load agricultural products into trucks without over or underfilling bed
or trailer, and drive to market or storage facilities; Clean work areas and maintain grounds and
landscaping; Regulate conditions; Maintain inventory; Repair farm buildings, fences, and other
structures including fashion levees; Mix materials; Attach implements using hand tools; Speak and understand English.
