Seasonal/Temporary work from 2/25/2026 - 12/25/2026

Worker will manually plant, cultivate, and harvest rice crops. Use hand tools, such as shovels, trowels, long handle hoes, tampers, pruning hooks, shears, and knives. Duties may include tilling soil and applying fertilizers; transplanting, weeding, thinning, or pruning crops; applying pesticides; cleaning, field packing, and loading harvested products. May construct trellises, repair fences and farm buildings, participate in irrigation activities such as water management and water drainage/ field prep and repair of equipment, workers will operate tractors and must have 3 months experience operating a 100hp tractor or greater.
