Job Description
Duties include but not limited to: hand picking tomatoes and/or processing which includes but
not limited to: grading, packing, stacking, counting, labeling boxes, picking up culls, some
tractor driving. General farm labor such as cleaning picking bins and buckets, cleaning farm
vehicles and equipment, mowing and keeping the shed, house and fields clean of debris, etc.
Walking and repairing electric fences to keep in rodents and wildlife out of fields. Drug tests
may be performed post hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in
compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may
result in termination. Worker must abide all posted work and safety rules. Workers must be
physically able to perform all duties described.
