We are a 5,000 acre Rice and soybean farm in Northeast Arkansas. We do lots of tractor driving, keeping crops
watered with poly pipe and levee irrigation. Our equipment mainly consist of 2012-2024 John Deere equipment. Job
duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: attach/detach implements, be able to handle working in high
humidity, clean work areas, construct structures to support plant growth, direct and monitor work during planting and
harvesting, guide products on conveyors to regulate flow through machines, identify plants, crops, pests, and weeds to
determine the selection and application of pesticides and fertilizers, load crops and drive trucks to transport to and
from fields and/or storage locations or facilities, load and unload materials and commodities, maintain grounds and
landscaping, mix materials, dump solutions or seeds into planter, spreader, sprayer type machinery, repair and
maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment, set up repair, maintain, and operate specialized
equipment, use hand tools such as such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, pruning hooks, shears, loppers, and
knives, use hand tools such as wrenches, crow bars, air tools, electric tools, Keep things clean and looking nice. .
Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties
being performed: air seeders, augers, bins, silos, loading and unloading facilities, combines or other harvesting
equipment, dirt moving equipment, GPS guidance systems, grain carts, forklift, irrigation equipment, mowers and other
landscaping equipment, pickups, cars, etc, planters, semi trucks, sprayers, tillage equipment, tractors. The workers will
be performing the duties to help produce: rice, soybeans.
Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities, all of which are in
working order, including refrigeration, space for food preparation, cooking accessories and
utensils, appliances, and dishwashing facilities so that workers may prepare their own meals.
Kitchen facilities include adequate sinks with hot and cold water under pressure. Employer will
provide transportation once a week to assure workers access to stores where they can
purchase groceries, when the employer is providing cooking and kitchen facilities.
