Seasonal/Temporary work from 1/15/2026 – 10/31/2026

The Farm Worker is responsible for the following job duties: checking and feeding livestock, including bulk feed and hay; checking livestock to observe any injuries, health concerns, or diseases with the animals and reporting to farm ownership; repairing fences as needed; driving tractor and farm vehicles; cleaning and performing general maintenance of the farm property
including mowing & weed eating.

Shifts will be Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 4:00 pm with a lunch break, and 6:00 am – 4:00 pm
every other weekend.

Work will generally be performed at the ranch in McRae (White County), Arkansas. However, the owners also keep 50 – 100 head of cattle at a second ranch in Pulaski County, Arkansas. The workers may, on occasion, perform their duties at this location. Transportation in company pickup trucks would be provided between the two locations.
