Leland’s Lures is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping & Warehouse Technician to join our warehouse operations team. This position is essential in ensuring that our products are packed, shipped, and organized efficiently to maintain our high standard of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipment
• Operate shipping and inventory software to process orders and track inventory
• Use a computer to print shipping labels and manage daily shipping logs
• Load and unload shipments, ensuring items are handled safely and correctly
• Lift and move boxes weighing up to 75lbs regularly
• Maintain organization of warehouse shelves, stock areas, and packing stations
• Perform regular inventory checks and restock supplies as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines
• Follow safety and quality procedures at all times

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, or fulfillment preferred
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs and stand for extended periods (several hours daily)
• Comfortable using computers and common shipping/inventory software
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Dependable and punctual with a commitment to accuracy and safety

Schedule & Work Environment

• Standard schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00/5:00 PM
  • Warehouse environment with moderate noise and physical activity
  • May include occasional overtime during peak seasons
