Our client is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager with a strong background in the food service industry to join their dynamic team. This position is ideal for a results-driven professional looking to make a significant impact within a fast-paced environment. The role involves managing key client relationships and driving business growth through strategic account planning and execution. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a remote work arrangement, allowing for flexibility and convenience.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the food service sector, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze customer needs and market trends to recommend tailored solutions that enhance client success and profitability.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while fostering long-term relationships with clients.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, including sales results and market conditions, to inform management strategies.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
  • Manage and solve conflicts with clients, acting as the liaison between key customers and internal teams.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role in the food service industry.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
  • Availability to travel as needed within the territory.
Pay Range: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 Annually

This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
