Job Overview
We are seeking an innovative, strategic, and results-driven Sales/Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts in promoting and delivering our top-tier industrial spray equipment to the market. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies within the professional lawn care industry, with a deep understanding of the needs of our customers and partners.
 
As the Sales/Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for market planning, forecasting, and leading sales growth initiatives through targeted marketing campaigns. Your knowledge and relationships with dealer organizations will be key in building strong business strategies and fostering customer loyalty.
 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Strategic Planning & Execution:



      • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote industrial spray equipment across key verticals: Lawn Care, Golf, Pest Control, Parks & Recreation, Fire Control, and Tree Care. (Green Industry)

     



      • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and threats.

     


    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth:


    • Forecast sales trends and ensure that marketing efforts support sales goals.
    • Drive product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and demand generation to ensure sustained growth in all target industries.
    • Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Dealer & Supplier Relationships:


    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key dealer organizations, suppliers, and industry partners.
    • Identify new distribution channels and negotiate marketing agreements with dealers.
    • Work closely with suppliers to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and product messaging.
  • Brand Development:


    • Position the company as a recognized industry leader in spray equipment through consistent branding, digital marketing, and industry presence.
    • Work on product launches, promotional events, trade shows, and webinars to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration:


    • Lead, mentor, and manage a marketing team/sales team to execute campaigns and achieve objectives.
    • Coordinate with Sales, Product Development, and Engineering teams to integrate customer feedback and improve product offerings.
