Job Description
The District Court Deputy Clerk performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties to support the efficient operation of the district court. This role involves managing court records, assisting the public, processing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with court procedures and state laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone
- Entering tickets in the system
- Taking payments
- Filing documents and taking care of documents received via fax
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be able to type
- Must be Dependable
- Possess Good Customer Service Skills
- Must have Good Work Ethic
- Must have Good Attitude.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
