Hours & Pay
Pay: $12.00 per hour
Shift: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
What You'll Do
Maintain outdoor grounds, including mowing, trimming, weeding, edging, and hedge care.
Clean and upkeep outside parking areas, sidewalks, and common spaces.
Assist with event setup and teardown, as well as opening and closing buildings for campus activities.
Perform routine maintenance and janitorial duties as needed.
Operate lawn care equipment and perform small engine maintenance when required.
Maintain daily logs of tasks and checklists.
Use computer-based programs to create and track work orders.
Ensure safe handling of cleaning products and equipment.
Communicate professionally with students, vendors, and management.

What You'll Bring
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance.
Knowledge of lawn care equipment; small engine maintenance preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Professional appearance and demeanor, representing the organization with integrity.
