Key Responsibilities · Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment of diverse sizes and weights across various quarry and construction tasks. · Adhere strictly to all company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations, ensuring a safe work environment. · Promptly report any equipment or operational issues to the Foreman, Superintendent, Safety Manager, or Human Resources Manager. · Execute daily tasks as directed by the Foreman, meeting project or jobsite expectations. · Perform routine servicing and minor maintenance on equipment; escalate major issues to supervisors as necessary. · Complete thorough pre- and post-operation inspections with proper documentation, maintaining compliance with company protocols. · Assist in mentoring and training less-experienced team members in equipment operation, servicing, and repair to enhance team capabilities. · Take on general labor duties as required to support overall operations. · Maintain regular, reliable attendance and promptness at assigned work times. · Fulfill additional duties assigned to meet evolving operational needs.
