Construction Equipment OperatorKey Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of construction equipment and machinery-such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, and backhoes-efficiently and safely across different job sites.
- Follow all company policies and OSHA/MSHA safety regulations.
- Report issues or incidents promptly to supervisors or management.
- Adhere to daily assignments and project expectations from the Foreman.
- Perform minor maintenance on equipment and report major problems.
- Complete daily equipment inspections and required documentation.
- Help train less-experienced team members in equipment operation, servicing, and repair.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned.
