About the Role
This leadership position will play an integral role supporting the Transportation Management organization and will report to the head of the TA. This leader will manage a TA team that supports global positions in the US, Canada and Netherlands. This leader will play a critical role on the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team (TALT). This role will be based in our Rogers, AR office, 3 days a week.

- Bachelor's Degree Required or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years of Talent Acquisition Leadership experience
- Prior experience as a Recruiter
- Experience leading, coaching & developing a team
- Strong Project Management Skills
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Strategic Thinker
- Ability to build working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and be recognized as a Subject Matter Expert and trusted advisor in all recruitment matters

- Experience in Full-Cycle Recruiting Knowledge of HR and Recruitment Tech
