Revolution, a leader in innovative recycled plastics solutions, is looking for a Vice President of Engineering to drive the strategic direction of capital projects and engineering excellence across our national operations. Based in Little Rock, AR or Flint, MI, this high-impact, on-site leadership role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our industry while directly influencing operational performance and sustainability efforts across two flagship facilities.

As VP of Engineering, you'll lead cross-functional engineering initiatives and oversee major capital investments (up to $20MM), all while mentoring a high-performing team and modernizing operations for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and execute the long-term vision for engineering strategy, aligning capital projects and technology investments with organizational growth goals
- Lead the development, execution, and governance of major CapEx initiatives, including facility expansions, new equipment installations, and infrastructure upgrades
- Direct and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff across locations; build a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation
- Partner with operations, maintenance, R&D, and executive leadership to enhance equipment efficiency, production output, and system reliability
- Evaluate and implement cutting-edge, environmentally responsible technologies that improve process performance and sustainability metrics
- Establish and maintain engineering best practices and ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.)
- Manage capital budgets and project costs; oversee contractor negotiations and expenditures to drive financial performance
- Act as a senior-level resource to plant operations, supporting continuous improvement in OEE, TPM, CMMS, and othe
