As a newly appointed Full-Time Solutions Center Representative, your daily expectations will revolve around delivering exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries efficiently. You will engage with clients via phone and digital channels, addressing their banking needs while upholding our core values of integrity and problem-solving. Each day, you will be responsible for navigating customer accounts, assisting with transactions, and providing information about our products and services. Your schedule will predominantly be Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a commitment to alternating Saturdays from 9 AM to noon. This structured schedule allows for consistency, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

As you familiarize yourself with our systems and procedures, you will receive guidance and support from your colleagues, ensuring a smooth transition into your role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
  • Answering customer calls and resolving issues using bank policies.
  • Processing financial transactions like fund transfers, credit card payments, and stop pays.
  • Assisting with online banking tasks, including password resets and bill pay.
  • Maintaining knowledge of various bank accounts and products (checking, savings, loans, CDs, IRAs, RMDs).
  • Taking wire requests and directing them to the appropriate department.
