Job Description
- Proficiently operate PIT, VMU and other equipment related to Shipping and Receiving.
- Effectively communicate logistic information and possible issues to the next shift.
- Must be able to locate all inventories on the floor, including overrun items to ensure first in, first out inventory rotation for shipments loaded during shift.
- Monitor inventory for any discrepancies and correct as necessary.
- You have visually inspected product being shipped for warp, strap placement, load tag placement, any other quality defects.
- Ensure all trailers are being loaded using the correct loading pattern and product meets company quality requirements.
- Ensure all sections and department is clean and organized and housekeeping efforts meet expectations.
- Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions.
- This person will learn every job of the department (pay for skills)
