We are seeking experienced and energetic Daycare Teachers to join our team! You will be responsible for encouraging children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the educational standards and cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Educate students in various subjects while promoting critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Conduct assessments.
• Provide care and support for toddlers and preschool-aged children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Collaborate with parents, staff, and other educators to create a supportive learning environment that encourages early intervention when necessary.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.

Experience

• Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning is essential for young learners.
• Knowledge of early intervention strategies to support children’s developmental milestones is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues are crucial for success in this role.
• First aid/CPR certified.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass criminal background checks, child and adult maltreatment registry checks, sex offender registry checks, and a pre-employment drug screen
• Complete a minimum of 30 clock hours of professional development each year
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
