We're Hiring! Revolution is looking for Process Technicians to join our team in Little Rock, AR. This is a full-time job opportunity, with generous benefits and overtime hours available. In addition, this position offers growth opportunities in a stable and safe work environment.

Revolution offers competitive pay range starting at $25/hour, depending on experience, with a $1/hour differential for night shift and up to $1,000 in potential bonus opportunities.

• Coordinate training with team members.
• Communicates and coordinates daily issues with other supervisors.
• Must be aware of production requirements.
• Understand the order sheet specifications.
• Troubleshoot machine issues.
• Must know and enforce all company policies.

• High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
• Management experience required.
• Extrusion experience required.
• Ability to work a fixed night shift on a 2/2/3 schedule.
• Minimum three years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Familiarity with resin conveying systems preferred.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment required.
