We have an exciting opportunity for a SAP Data Analyst. This role offers flexible hybrid work options from one of our office locations in either Fort Smith or Little Rock Arkansas.
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an SAP Data Analyst I/II to support our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in SAP data analysis and be able to collect, organize, and analyze large amounts of data to help us make informed business decisions. They will also be able to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, work with cross-functional teams, and use analytical tools and techniques to support our company's needs. Additionally, the candidate should have experience reviewing reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI or SAC. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collect, organize, and analyze data related to the utilities to support design, revenue requirement analysis, cost of service studies, and other reporting needs.
• Develop SQL queries and perform sensitivity analysis to support the identification of key drivers.
• Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate that into quantitative problems.
• Identify and communicate trends and patterns in the data to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Provide support for ad hoc data analysis and review reporting data as needed.
• Create and review business insights through SAP data and SAC reports.
• Build and maintain all CDC views utilized for data pipelines.
• Utilize data from SAP databases to build queries ingested for enterprise models.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred or combination of education and equivalent experience
• 2+ years’ experience with SAP tables and t-codes.
