Responsibilities
Revolution is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our fast-paced team in Little Rock, AR. This hybrid position offers the perfect balance of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration (at least two days per week).

What You'll Do:
- Support the full Accounts Payable (AP) process from invoice receipt to payment
- Accurately process, verify, and reconcile invoices
- Monitor AP email inboxes and respond to inquiries
- Enter and process vendor payments with attention to detail
- Ensure correct general ledger (GL) coding for all payments
- Apply vendor discounts when applicable
- Assist with biweekly check runs and scheduled payments (utilities, rebates, fuel cards, etc.)
- Help maintain vendor records and set up new accounts in coordination with purchasing
- Support annual 1099 processing
- Organize and maintain AP documentation and filing systems
- Assist in resolving payment issues with vendors or internal teams
- Participate in efforts to improve AP processes and systems
- Provide professional and courteous support to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality and follow accounting policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in Accounting or related field is a plus
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the AP function - no prior experience required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage
