Responsibilities

Revolution is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our fast-paced team in Little Rock, AR. This hybrid position offers the perfect balance of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration (at least two days per week).

What You'll Do:

  • Support the full Accounts Payable (AP) process from invoice receipt to payment
  • Accurately process, verify, and reconcile invoices
  • Monitor AP email inboxes and respond to inquiries
  • Enter and process vendor payments with attention to detail
  • Ensure correct general ledger (GL) coding for all payments
  • Apply vendor discounts when applicable
  • Assist with biweekly check runs and scheduled payments (utilities, rebates, fuel cards, etc.)
  • Help maintain vendor records and set up new accounts in coordination with purchasing
  • Support annual 1099 processing
  • Organize and maintain AP documentation and filing systems
  • Assist in resolving payment issues with vendors or internal teams
  • Participate in efforts to improve AP processes and systems
  • Provide professional and courteous support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow accounting policies and procedures

 



Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in Accounting or related field is a plus
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the AP function - no prior experience required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage
