Responsibilities
Ready to take your AP expertise to the next level? Revolution is looking for a sharp, detail-driven Accounts Payable Specialist to join our fast-paced team in Little Rock, AR. This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds — the flexibility to work remotely while staying connected with the team in-office at least two days per week.

Manage all aspects of the Accounts Payable (AP) processing cycle
Accurately receive, process, verify, and reconcile invoices
Monitor and manage AP email inboxes daily
Review, enter, and process vendor payments in a timely and accurate manner
Ensure payments are coded to the correct general ledger (GL) accounts
Take advantage of all available vendor discounts
Process and print checks on a biweekly basis
Handle weekly and monthly payments (e.g., utilities, rebates, fuel cards)
Collaborate with purchasing to set up new vendors
Assist with annual 1099 filings
Maintain proper documentation, records, and filing systems
Help resolve any payment or processing issues with vendors and internal departments
Contribute to the development and implementation of improved AP processes and systems
Deliver high-level customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Maintain confidentiality and protect the organization’s financial information
Ensure all accounting guidelines, policies, and procedures are followed
