Responsibilities

Ready to take your AP expertise to the next level? Revolution is looking for a sharp, detail-driven Accounts Payable Specialist to join our fast-paced team in Little Rock, AR. This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds — the flexibility to work remotely while staying connected with the team in-office at least two days per week.

  • Manage all aspects of the Accounts Payable (AP) processing cycle

  • Accurately receive, process, verify, and reconcile invoices

  • Monitor and manage AP email inboxes daily

  • Review, enter, and process vendor payments in a timely and accurate manner

  • Ensure payments are coded to the correct general ledger (GL) accounts

  • Take advantage of all available vendor discounts

  • Process and print checks on a biweekly basis

  • Handle weekly and monthly payments (e.g., utilities, rebates, fuel cards)

  • Collaborate with purchasing to set up new vendors

  • Assist with annual 1099 filings

  • Maintain proper documentation, records, and filing systems

  • Help resolve any payment or processing issues with vendors and internal departments

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of improved AP processes and systems

  • Deliver high-level customer service to internal and external stakeholders

  • Maintain confidentiality and protect the organization’s financial information

  • Ensure all accounting guidelines, policies, and procedures are followed

 



Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Ba
