Job Description
Job Responsibilities: The CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE I - OFFICE assists customers via phone, email, web, and/or in-person regarding water services; assists customers with billing and service problems; processes transactions affecting customers’ accounts; reviews collection work orders; performs clerical duties; may act as temporary relief for other positions in Customer Service Section; processes night-depository payments; and performs other essential duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
- Two (2) years of Call Center work experience using computer terminal to access customer records i.e., entering, updating, and retrieving with work experience in resolving customer complaints OR
- Two (2) years of face-to-face customer service experience with work experience in resolving customer complaints.
