What You’ll Do:
- Read and understand blueprints, weld symbols, and bills of material to produce custom products.
- Assemble machinery by laying out, positioning, fitting, and welding components based on detailed instructions (including hydraulic assemblies).
- Operate welding equipment (MIG, torch, grinder) with skill and care, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Be a quality champion by spotting the difference between good and bad welds.
- Stay flexible and cross-train in different areas to meet customer needs and support team success.
- Help improve safety and efficiency through team projects and problem-solving.
