Job Description
As part of the program we are expanding the usage of Deposit Account opening to Home Equity and Mortgage agents and loan officers to cross-sell Checking to provide rate discounts to customers by deepening relationships.Capabilities such as Virtual account opening (Customer not present) will drive this incremental Checking Sales objective.
Looking for a self-motivated candidate who has good exposure to customer sales interactions, project and issue management to partner with various business sales teams like Home Equity, Mortgage, contact center and with Citizens Technology teams to be able to help triage customer issues and resolve them rapidly thereby improving customer satisfaction.
The candidate should also be well versed with modern mobile and other interfaces, to learn the account opening flows and be able to develop knowledge and expertise to diagnose any problems quickly before escalation to tech teams only when needed.
If an issue is requiring a software fix, the candidate will be working with agile teams to author defect stories or enhancement stories and help communicate priority along with providing status tracking to loan officers and other colleagues.
The candidate will be the Point of Contact for other business lines/sales teams to reach out to for any customer related questions/clarifications
