Position Overview:
The Maintenance Crew Member works under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor to assist in facility upkeep, repairs, and general property maintenance. This role requires hands-on work in various areas, including landscaping, cleaning, and installations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Assist with building repairs, landscaping, and property maintenance at company headquarters and residential sites.
-Perform general cleaning, painting, and installations as needed.
-Conduct routine repairs and assist with facility upkeep.
-Follow safety guidelines and ensure a clean, hazard-free work environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Basic knowledge of electrical work, plumbing, and general repairs.

• Experience in painting, cleaning, and property maintenance.

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
