A workforce development course designed to help professionals effectively navigate and manage interactions with difficult people in the workplace. Participants will learn strategies to remain calm under pressure, communicate assertively, and resolve conflicts in a professional and respectful manner. By the end of the course, learners will be equipped with practical tools to de-escalate tense situations, maintain productive relationships, and contribute to a more positive work environment.
