A workforce development course designed to help professionals understand and support employee well-being in the workplace. Participants will learn how to promote work-life balance, recognize signs of burnout, and contribute to a healthy and supportive work environment. By the end of the course, learners will be equipped with practical strategies to enhance well-being, boost engagement, and create a more positive and sustainable workplace culture.
