A workforce development course designed to help professionals effectively frame problems to drive clearer thinking and better solutions in the workplace. Participants will learn how to define challenges accurately, ask the right questions, and consider multiple perspectives before taking action. By the end of the course, learners will be equipped with practical strategies to break down complex issues, align on priorities, and set the foundation for effective problem-solving and decision-making.
