A workforce development course designed to help professionals understand the impact of body language and posture on communication and workplace presence. Participants will learn how to use nonverbal cues to convey confidence, build trust, and enhance professional interactions. By the end of the course, learners will be equipped with practical techniques to improve posture, strengthen personal presence, and communicate more effectively without words.
