A workforce development course designed to help professionals strengthen critical thinking skills for effective decision-making and problem-solving in the workplace. Participants will learn how to analyze information, evaluate different perspectives, and make sound, evidence-based judgments. By the end of the course, learners will be equipped with practical strategies to think more strategically, solve complex problems, and contribute to better outcomes in their work environments.
