A workforce development workshop designed to help participants master the job interview process and successfully transition into the workplace. Attendees will learn how to confidently answer interview questions, present themselves professionally, and communicate their value to employers, while also gaining practical strategies for succeeding after being hired. By the end of the workshop, participants will be equipped with the skills and habits needed to secure employment and maintain long-term career success.
