A workforce development course designed to help professionals enhance customer interaction skills to deliver positive and effective service experiences. Participants will learn how to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and respond to customer needs with professionalism and empathy. By the end of the course, learners will be equipped with practical strategies to build strong customer relationships, handle challenging situations, and represent their organization with confidence.
