A workforce development course designed to help professionals understand and apply Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles to create a more respectful and inclusive workplace. Participants will learn how to recognize bias, value diverse perspectives, and promote equitable practices in everyday interactions and decision-making. By the end of the course, learners will be equipped with practical strategies to foster belonging, strengthen collaboration, and contribute to a more inclusive and high-performing work environment.
