A workforce development course designed to help professionals effectively navigate and lead change within the workplace. Participants will learn how to manage transitions, address resistance, and communicate clearly during periods of uncertainty. By the end of the course, learners will be equipped with practical strategies to adapt to change, support others through transitions, and drive successful organizational outcomes.
