A workforce development course designed to help professionals develop emotional agility as a critical skill for navigating workplace challenges and change. Participants will learn how to recognize, understand, and manage their emotions while responding thoughtfully rather than reactively in high-pressure situations. By the end of the course, learners will be equipped with practical strategies to build resilience, strengthen relationships, and maintain composure and effectiveness in dynamic work environments.
