 A workforce development course designed to help professionals develop energy awareness as a key driver of performance, focus, and workplace interactions. Participants will learn how to recognize their personal energy patterns, manage stress, and adapt their presence to different environments and team dynamics. By the end of the course, learners will be equipped with practical strategies to sustain productivity, positively influence workplace culture, and show up with intention and impact.
