A workforce development course designed to help professionals understand and navigate “vibe working” as a modern approach to workplace connection and collaboration. Participants will learn how to read team dynamics, align energy with expectations, and contribute positively to the overall workplace atmosphere. By the end of the course, learners will be equipped with practical strategies to build authentic connections, enhance team synergy, and create a more engaged and cohesive work environment.
