A workforce development course designed to help professionals strengthen interpersonal skills to build effective relationships and collaborate successfully in the workplace. Participants will learn how to communicate clearly, listen actively, and navigate diverse personalities with professionalism and empathy. By the end of the course, learners will be equipped with practical strategies to enhance teamwork, manage conflict, and create positive and productive workplace interactions.
