A workforce development course designed to help professionals strengthen critical thinking skills for effective decision-making and problem-solving in the workplace. Participants will learn how to analyze information, evaluate multiple perspectives, and make sound, evidence-based judgments. By the end of the course, learners will be equipped with practical strategies to think strategically, solve complex problems, and contribute to better outcomes in their work environment.
