A workforce development course designed to help professionals strengthen emotional intelligence to improve communication, relationships, and workplace effectiveness. Participants will learn how to recognize and manage their emotions, understand the emotions of others, and respond thoughtfully in various situations. By the end of the course, learners will be equipped with practical strategies to build self-awareness, enhance empathy, and navigate workplace interactions with professionalism and confidence.
