A workforce development course designed to help professionals develop self-advocacy skills to effectively communicate their needs, strengths, and goals in the workplace. Participants will learn how to speak up with confidence, set boundaries, and seek opportunities for growth and support. By the end of the course, learners will be equipped with practical strategies to advocate for themselves, build confidence, and take an active role in their professional success.
