A workforce development course designed to help professionals effectively give and receive feedback in a constructive and respectful manner. Participants will learn how to communicate feedback clearly, receive input with openness, and use feedback as a tool for growth and improvement. By the end of the course, learners will be equipped with practical strategies to foster continuous development, strengthen workplace relationships, and promote a culture of accountability and trust.
