As a new Facilities Specialist at FARMERS AND MERCHANTS BANK, you can expect a structured and engaging routine from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting regular inspections of bank facilities to ensure they meet safety and operational standards. You will coordinate maintenance requests, manage vendor relationships, and oversee any facility-related projects.

Additionally, you will assist with space planning and organization, contributing to a productive work environment. You'll be expected to address any facility issues promptly, utilizing your problem-solving skills to maintain a seamless operation. Collaborating with various teams will be key, and you'll play an integral role in fostering a safe and welcoming atmosphere for both employees and clients.

This position in located in Stuttgart, AR, and will be responsible for facilities in Stuttgart, Hazen, Des Arc, DeWitt and White Hall
