Duties to be performed: Row crop farming: drive and operate farm machinery to plant, spray,
cultivate, harvest and store crops. Attach farm implements such as plow, disc and drill tractor.
Till the soil, rock picking, plant and cultivate grain. Irrigation of rice, corn and soybeans. Drain
excess water from crops and assist in the irrigation of crops. Drive tractor and operate selfpropelled
combine. Equipment maintenance - general lubrication, service (fluid checks) and
perform incidental repair to farm machinery. Manual labor: pick up and carry sacks of grain,
load and unload trucks. Crops: rice, corn and soybeans. Must speak and understand English.
Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities, all of which are in
working order, including refrigeration, space for food preparation, cooking accessories and
utensils, appliances, and dishwashing facilities so that workers may prepare their own meals.
Kitchen facilities include adequate sinks with hot and cold water under pressure. Employer will
provide transportation once a week to assure workers access to stores where they can
purchase groceries, when the employer is providing cooking and kitchen facilities.
