Department's Website:Summary of Job Duties:The Slides and Blocks Lab Supervisor must have the ability to set goals, prioritize competing demands, manage tasks efficiently, and communicate effectively with all levels of personnel. They should demonstrate highly effective interpersonal skills by maintaining good working relationships with all programs and divisions within the department and LPS. Additionally, the supervisor must make effective use of organizational resources and demonstrate skills as a systems thinker.Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or formal educational equivalent
2 years of lead lab tech/supervisory experience in a clinical laboratory and 5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates degree in a scientific discipline
3+ years in a lead or senior lab tech positions
