Job Description
Our client, in Miami, OK is seeking a Production Lead to join their team. As a Production Lead, you will be part of the Manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience and mechanical aptitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Lead
Location: Miami, Oklahoma
Pay Range: $17 and above DOE
What’s the Job?
+ Directly responsible for leading the shift of Production Operators to ensure work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner
+ Coordinates daily production schedule
+ Learns processes and observes machines and equipment for malfunctions
+ Performs production duties and fills-in as required to relieve employees for breaks, absenteeism, and vacations.
+ Leads 5S activities through the shift
What’s Needed?
+ Must be able to operate, understand, and transfer knowledge of all machinery and equipment
+ Must be able to communicate workplace hazards
+ Forklift certification required
+ Excellent communication, written and verbal
+ Computer literacy, Microsoft Office products required
+ High School diploma or GED required
