Job Description

Our client is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing support to the production department, manage the personnel and prepare production reports. The ideal candidate will have ability to work independently & as part of cross-functional teams, able to work under minimal supervision and exhibit a high attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Pryor, OK

Pay Rate: Salary up to $80,000/year (will be dependent on experience level)

Key Responsibilities

+ Provide support to the Production Department on assigned duties and/or in managing the day-to-day needs

+ Fill in for the following positions when there is an absence: Quarry Supervisor, Production Supervisor, and Yard Supervisor.

+ Manage the personnel of the covered department and coordinate with other departments to ensure optimum plant performance


+ A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalency from an accredited institution

+ 2 years supervisory experience or 5 years working in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment, preferred

+ Ability to work rotating shifts to support 24/7 plant operations
