We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an insurance Account Manager in Southaven, Mississippi. As an Account Manager, your primary role will be to provide exceptional customer service to our existing clients in the health insurance industry. You will be the main point of contact for clients with inquiries, ensuring their questions are answered promptly and accurately. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets is crucial, as you will be working with pre-built spreadsheets for various tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary contact for existing clients, answering their inquiries over the phone in a timely and professional manner.

- Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and update client data in pre-built spreadsheets.

- Leverage your knowledge of the health insurance industry to provide accurate information and resolve client issues.

- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times, maintaining client satisfaction.

- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

- Monitor and manage client accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

- Handle any escalation of client issues, working to resolve them efficiently.

- Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall client experience.

- Utilize your skills in spreadsheets to organize and manage client data.

- Leverage your experience in the health insurance industry to provide expert advice and support to clients.

Requirements – Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet programs

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proven track record in customer service, particularly in a client-facing role

- Knowledge and experience in the health insurance industry

- Ability to efficiently manage and maintain client communications

- Familiarity with health insurance products and services

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times

- Capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Experience in maintaining and establishing positive relationships with clients

- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and developments

- Ability to analyze data and provide insights based on findings.
