ARServices is seeking a Process Design Analyst to work in the Millington, TN area.

A Process Design Analyst will support the OPNAV N1 Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education (MPT&E) Transformation effort. The scope of this effort encompasses support for the entire MPT&E Transformation portfolio of services and projects.

A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

+ Provide Assistance and Advisory Support (A&AS) for international collaborations and Work closely with the Process Realignment Lead to plan, prepare, and facilitate process discovery workshops to support integrating HR processes identified for transition to MyNavy Career Center (MNCC).

+ Assist the Process Realignment Lead in managing HR process owner relationships and facilitating meetings to identify process steps, problem areas, and applicable policy, rules, and guidelines.

+ Prepare process documentation for future state MNCC processes, to include process maps, functional requirements, process narratives, checklists, user stories, and summary materials.

+ Review existing process documentation and familiarize Process Realignment Team members on existing HR processes, problem areas, and applicable policy, rules, and guidelines.

+ Identify potential processes improvements and work to assess impacts of future changes.

+ Educate HR process owners on MNCC tiered shared service delivery model features, capabilities, and benefits to support process realignment efforts.


Security Clearance Requirement:

Active/current Secret clearance is required.

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.,

+ Two (2) years total experience required for Analyst I, five (5) years total experience required for Program Manager II.

+ Knowledge of documenting end-to-end workflows.

+ Functional requirements gathering experience.

+ Strong client-facing service delivery and consulting experience.

+ Strong written and verbal communications skills to support business writing, professional correspondence, and meeting facilitation.

+ Experience and aptitude for managing, working, and communicating with diverse stakeholders, teams, and clients face-to-face.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Two (2) years process improvement, process design, or process modelling experience.

+ Strong computer skills.

+ High Proficiency with MS Office experience (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Visio).

+ Experience and functional knowledge of Salesforce application.
